Vase of an Epiphyte - Epiphyte of a Vase

Inspired by the behaviour of epiphytes - such as orchids and the veined, whiplashed patterns used on glass vases during the art nouveau period.

Showing a seeking behaviour: not the flower placed in, but the vase itself.
The traditional shape of an itsy-bitsy vase supported by glass roots now - not like in the case of art nouveau pieces- but intensely and individually twirling around.
